Meal Plan Friday: 6/10 – 6/16/2018

Another week, more weakness. I’m human. And I think after so many weeks of failing (although this one is probably the only reason I should have,) that it is time to reevaluate my plans and change the fasting on my Meal Plan Friday. A little TMI, but some time during the month are not the best to fast for a woman.

I have already changed this week’s plan. However, I did not add any meals that require me to buy more food. They simply make use of my pantry or the leftovers we have/will have. The meals I added in to take place of the fasting are intended to be lighter meals to help me not want to indulge in overeating.

And my results are not necessarily in the good zone, they aren’t really in the bad zone this week either. I am retaining a bit of water and a little bloated because of certain things that happen to women. And I expect next week’s results will look better because the bloating will whoosh away.
