Meal Plan Friday: 6/17 – 6/23/2018

I survived my crazy week of things and I think I kept nearly even with my loss/gain ratio. I’m a bit behind my goal but I’m not losing hope yet. Just like you shouldn’t either if you are hitting the same snags I am. This meal was quite simple to put together. And although this Meal Plan Friday was set quite some time ago, I am probably going to follow a slightly different schedule for myself. My plan this week is to fast as long as I can manage starting on Monday. The rest of the fast schedule is my hopes for something simple for Mr. H to follow, if he decides to participate!
