Meal Plan Friday: 6/3 – 6/9/2018

Happy Meal Plan Friday! I am finally going to have a normal week (I think?) Or at least, whether I eat or not, I plan on cooking everything on my menu. There is a chance I will do an extended fast this next week anyway.

This past week has not been my best week food-wise. I gave in to my cravings and then some. I gave in to my weaknesses. And although it felt good at first, it’s really left me feeling pretty gross. Also, my results have basically gone out the window. So back to my positive mentality, I get to eat better and take care of myself for myself and my family.

Meal Plan Friday: 6/3 – 6/9/2018

Sunday (6/3)

Breakfast: 36-Hour Fast (French Toast for C)

Lunch: 36-Hour Fast (PBJ for C)

Dinner: 36-Hour Fast (Spaghetti for C)

Monday (6/4)

Breakfast: Soft-Boiled Eggs and Bacon

Lunch: Grilled Cheese and Salad

Dinner: Chicken Wings with Green Beans and Carrots

Tuesday (6/5)

Breakfast: Soft-Boiled Eggs and Bacon

Lunch: Salad

Dinner: Homemade Tacos with Fiesta Spanish Rice

Wednesday (6/6)

Breakfast: 2-Day Fast (Pancakes for C)

Lunch: 2-Day Fast (Chicken and Veg for C)

Dinner: 2-Day Fast (C’s Choice)

Thursday (6/7)

Breakfast: 2-Day Fast (Sausage and Fruit for C)

Lunch: 2-Day Fast (PBJ for C)

Dinner: 2-Day Fast (Homemade Pizza for C)

Friday (6/8)

Breakfast: Soft-Boiled Eggs and Bacon

Lunch: Fun lunch with C

Dinner: Leftover Pot Roast (already in my freezer!)

Saturday (6/9)

Breakfast: Soft-Boiled Eggs and Bacon

Lunch: Salad

Dinner: Turkey Reuben with Salad

Pounds Lost: -6 (gained 6 lbs)

Inches Lost: -6 (gained 6 inches)
