Meal Plan Friday: 7/15 – 7/21/2018

Sorry this isn’t quite Friday. But it is our plan for the week. Mr. H is even joining me on the fasting schedule this week. And I’m really looking forward to it. It was my plan with this meal plan Friday to have a fairly simple week with some delicious food. And I think I accomplished that.

Dinner: Deviled Crab with Asparagus and Mushrooms

Breakfast: 36-Hour Fast

Lunch: 36-Hour Fast

Dinner: 36-Hour Fast

Friday (7/20)

Breakfast: Eggs with Bacon

Lunch: Fun lunch with C

Dinner: Sweet Curry Chicken with Green Onion Rice and Carrots

Saturday (7/21)

Breakfast: 24-Hour Fast

Lunch: 24-Hour Fast

Dinner: Artichoke and Green Chile Dip Appetizer with Steak and Asparagus and Mushrooms

Another week without an update as it was the end of my vacation. Next week will be my new starting point to get back to these updates.
