Vacation week 2 at my mom’s house. Although I originally posted this with one menu, I have since updated it. There were a few things we did not make use of last week and I’ll be making this Meal Plan Friday work around that.

Dinner: Johnny Machete

Monday (7/9)

Breakfast: 24-Hour Fast (Sausage and Fruit for C)

Lunch: 24-Hour Fast (PBJ for C)

Dinner: Baked Chicken Thighs and Veg

Tuesday (7/10)

Breakfast: 24-Hour Fast (Pancakes for C)

Lunch: 24-Hour Fast (Chicken and Veg for C)

Dinner: Pot Roast with Rolls

Wednesday (7/11)

Breakfast: Eggs with Bacon

Lunch: Lunch out with C

Dinner: Leftovers

Thursday (7/12)

Breakfast: 24-Hour Fast (Sausage and Eggs for C)

Lunch: 24-Hour Fast (PBJ for C)

Dinner: Shepherd’s Pie

Friday (7/13)

Breakfast: 24-Hour Fast (Pancakes for C)

Lunch: 24-Hour Fast (Chicken and Veg for C)

Dinner: Special Dinner (TBD)

Saturday (7/14)

Breakfast: French Toast

Lunch: Road Trip Home

Dinner: Road Trip Home

Weekly Update

Still on vacation, so no update on this. I’ll post updates again in two weeks when I’m back home and back on fasting track.
